I love to celebrate Australia Day
Australia Day is a very important day for me, and I usually go to the function run by the Gold Coast City Council at Evansdale Park on the Gold Coast.
It is always a great day and I get to eat my favorite damper made on the spot by the Girl Guides. I even get to have treacle on it.
The entertainment is great and it is a real family day, and it is free for everyone.
I have attended this event for quite a few years now and I always get to have a camel ride, and watch the rodeo and the pig races.
I always manage to back the wrong pig, but I have a great day every year.
