Always enter your 2nd space of peace and meditate before going home to your loved ones (space3)
I learnt this from my friend Dr Adam Fraser who taught me how to use the 2nd space and to put myself in the right attitude and to always show up at home with a happy face and spend quality time with those I love and who love me.
LOVE IS EVERYTHING and time spent with special people is more valuable that just giving them money.
As you leave home in the morning and arrive at work, leave home at home and commence work, in the right frame of mind.
