I always attend the Greek Festival at Bundall on the Gold Coast. I love the food that they serve as well as the Greek music and dancing.
This year was a special year for me as I had my photo with the mayor.
I also attend the festival when it is held in Brisbane, I have several friends who were born in Greece and they all love to sing and dance.
They did not dance Zorba this year, but I was able to buy all my favorite Greek sweets.
The Greek people really know how to celebrate they sing and dance and enjoy great food.
The festival is run at Evandale Council Park at Bundall on the Gold Coast and is held every year in July.
People come from as far as Brisbane and northern NSW as these sculptures are truly works of art.
